TAG Heuer ladies and men watches elevate swiss watches timekeeping to an art.

Recognised the world over for both craftsmanship and accuracy, Swiss watches are synonymous with luxury watches… and within this remarkable universe, TAG Heuer timepieces stand as the peak achievement in watchmaking. With progressive designs and technological innovation, they represent more than mere sports watches or luxury timepieces – they embody a class apart.

Indeed, TAG Heuer chronograph watches stand alone as the summit of Swiss watch timekeeping accuracy. In a sublime union of speed and precision, the company is the official partner of Oracle Team USA – champion of the America’s Cup – and of renowned Formula 1 car manufacture McLaren. In addition, its luxury sport watches serve as the official timekeepers of the Monaco Grand Prix – one of the most illustrious races in the world.

Timelessly elegant yet decidedly modern, a TAG Heuer watch combines hand workmanship with the best in cutting-edge technology, for ladies’ and men’s watches representing rich heritage, distinctive quality and novel developments. With automatic watches that feature high frequencies between 21,600 and 360,000 vibrations per hour (as with the Calibre 360), exceptional mechanical accuracy is not the exception, but the rule. As such, numerous automatic watch movements by TAG Heuer boast the respected Official Swiss Chronometer Control (C.O.S.C.) certificate.

From an aesthetic standpoint, TAG Heuer timepieces are no less remarkable. These luxury Swiss watches bring together a perfect union of premium materials selected and crafted by expert specialists. By combining the very best traditional materials, like lustrous gold, resistant steel, supple calfskin or the finest alligator leather, or by accentuating them with the latest modern innovations, such as state-of-the-art rubber and textiles, TAG Heuer erases the lines between the conventional perceptions of sports and luxury watches. Quality finishes that include black PVD finish, delicate brushing and ruthenium coating are as distinguished as they are inventive, and as aesthetically pleasing as they are practical.

Equally outstanding are TAG Heuer swiss watches for women – the perfect embodiment of discrete sophistication. Its diamond watches, for instance, bring a hint of dazzling femininity to the legendary men’s watch models on which the TAG Heuer name was built: the Monaco, the Aquaracer, the TAG Heuer Carrera, the Link and the TAG Heuer Formula 1. Stylish ladies’ timepieces boasting sumptuous materials and restrained lines, these feats of watchmaking perpetuate the expert artistry and flawless precision that have marked the brand’s identity for over one hundred years.

Visually beautiful, unequivocally dependable, perfectly fashioned, elegantly avant-garde…TAG Heuer watches go far beyond luxury or precision timepieces; they are the summit in Swiss skill and expertise, thrust boldly forward into the unknown to redefine swiss ladies and men watches.

21 May. Sébastien Ogier in Porsche Supercup in Monaco with TAG Heuer

Currently number one in the World Rally Championship, Sébastien Ogier, a TAG Heuer Ambassador, will take part in the Monaco round of the Porsche Supercup during the Monaco Grand Prix. The French driver will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the TAG Heuer Carrera timepiece and chronograph collection with a car specially decorated for the occasion.

20 years after Mika Hakkinen competed in the same race, which was already sponsored by Tag Heuer back then, it is rally driver Ogier’s turn to get involved in Monaco, with the support of his long-term partner, TAG Heuer, for whom he has been an ambassador since 2011.

« I am delighted to be in Monaco for a track race. It's a nice break in the middle of the WRC season. I'm being given a great opportunity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic Carrera, with a highly original car livery inspired by the sixties and Pop Art! I thank my partners TAG Heuer & Red Bull for supporting me in this project. » declared Sébastien Ogier.

During the whole of 2013 TAG Heuer is celebrating the anniversary of the Carrera timepiece, which was created by the manufacture in 1963 as a tribute to a legendary race : La Carrera Panamericana. And it is in just as legendary a race that TAG Heuer is now demonstrating its commitment to car racing: the Monaco Grand Prix! Official partner of the Grand Prix and the Monaco Automobile Club since 2011, TAG Heuer will have a high profile on the track as well as a presence at the side of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team and its drivers, Jenson Button and Sergio Perez, and the Franco-Swiss driver Romain Grosjean.

« The Monaco Grand Prix 2013 is a tremendous opportunity for us to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Carrera in style. We are delighted to be able to be with Sébastien as he competes in the Porsche Supercup. We worked together on his car design to ensure that it featured our communication theme for this year » announced Jean-Christophe Babin, President and CEO of TAG Heuer.

With at least one driver in each discipline of the Monaco Grand Prix (Kevin Magnussen is in the Formula Renault 3.5 and Felipe Nasr in the GP2), TAG Heuer will be able to demonstrate once again the historic legitimacy of its presence in car racing, the watchmaker having been a partner of drivers and teams since 1969, with Jo Siffert.
