TAG Heuer ladies and men watches elevate swiss watches timekeeping to an art.

Recognised the world over for both craftsmanship and accuracy, Swiss watches are synonymous with luxury watches… and within this remarkable universe, TAG Heuer timepieces stand as the peak achievement in watchmaking. With progressive designs and technological innovation, they represent more than mere sports watches or luxury timepieces – they embody a class apart.

Indeed, TAG Heuer chronograph watches stand alone as the summit of Swiss watch timekeeping accuracy. In a sublime union of speed and precision, the company is the official partner of Oracle Team USA – champion of the America’s Cup – and of renowned Formula 1 car manufacture McLaren. In addition, its luxury sport watches serve as the official timekeepers of the Monaco Grand Prix – one of the most illustrious races in the world.

Timelessly elegant yet decidedly modern, a TAG Heuer watch combines hand workmanship with the best in cutting-edge technology, for ladies’ and men’s watches representing rich heritage, distinctive quality and novel developments. With automatic watches that feature high frequencies between 21,600 and 360,000 vibrations per hour (as with the Calibre 360), exceptional mechanical accuracy is not the exception, but the rule. As such, numerous automatic watch movements by TAG Heuer boast the respected Official Swiss Chronometer Control (C.O.S.C.) certificate.

From an aesthetic standpoint, TAG Heuer timepieces are no less remarkable. These luxury Swiss watches bring together a perfect union of premium materials selected and crafted by expert specialists. By combining the very best traditional materials, like lustrous gold, resistant steel, supple calfskin or the finest alligator leather, or by accentuating them with the latest modern innovations, such as state-of-the-art rubber and textiles, TAG Heuer erases the lines between the conventional perceptions of sports and luxury watches. Quality finishes that include black PVD finish, delicate brushing and ruthenium coating are as distinguished as they are inventive, and as aesthetically pleasing as they are practical.

Equally outstanding are TAG Heuer swiss watches for women – the perfect embodiment of discrete sophistication. Its diamond watches, for instance, bring a hint of dazzling femininity to the legendary men’s watch models on which the TAG Heuer name was built: the Monaco, the Aquaracer, the TAG Heuer Carrera, the Link and the TAG Heuer Formula 1. Stylish ladies’ timepieces boasting sumptuous materials and restrained lines, these feats of watchmaking perpetuate the expert artistry and flawless precision that have marked the brand’s identity for over one hundred years.

Visually beautiful, unequivocally dependable, perfectly fashioned, elegantly avant-garde…TAG Heuer watches go far beyond luxury or precision timepieces; they are the summit in Swiss skill and expertise, thrust boldly forward into the unknown to redefine swiss ladies and men watches.

06 Nov. TAG HEUER LIGHTS UP PARIS

Stéphane Linder throws the biggest event of the year at brand’s newest flagship boutique at Paris Opera

Paris, November 6, 2013 -- The toniest stretch of Boulevard des Capucines and a hot Paris night spot were ablaze with paparazzi flash Tuesday night as a host of celebrities from around the world joined TAG Heuer CEO Stéphane Linder Tuesday night at the most star-packed party of the Paris season, with actors, singers, fashion editors, politicians, the brand’s star ambassador, the actor and environmentalist Leonardo DiCaprio, and the biggest names in motor racing among the guests.

The pioneering Swiss watch brand had two excellent reasons to throw the epic bash: the opening of its new flagship boutique near Opera Garnier and the 50th Anniversary of its iconic CARRERA line of racing-inspired sports watches and chronographs. The setting for the ribbon-cutting event was the new TAG Heuer shop at 12, boulevard des Capucines -- a 120m2 bijou of glass, steel and exotic wood nestled between Bucherer Paris and Cartier on luxury retail’s “Triangle d’Or.”

The ceremony was emceed by race-car driver Margot Lafitte, who shared the stage with Stéphane Linder, World Rally Champion Sébastien Ogier and Franco-Swiss F1 driver Romain Grosjean. “TAG Heuer is on a roll,” said Stéphane Linder, CEO of TAG Heuer ,“Paris Opera gives us 180 boutiques in 57 countries, with another 20 set to open in 2014, including a third Paris flagship on the Champs-Elysées. We’ve opened more stores recently than any brand in luxury. And we’re just getting started.”

One of the most extraordinary moments of the evening was the sight of the well-heeled revelers, which included Sebastine Ogier, Romain Grosjean, moving en masse around the corner to the after-party at Pavillon Vendôme, where celebrity, Emma De Caunes, Michel Denisot, Kad Merrad, Noemie Lenoir, Aure Atika... and DJ Cecile Togni spun platters till the wee hours.

With three prestige destinations in Paris and new flagships set to open in London, Milan, Madrid, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Macau, Singapore and Beijing, TAG Heuer is indeed on a roll. Its chronographs and watches are the fastest and most precise ever made, and are some of the most sought-after items in luxury retail. Among these is the famous CARRERA, the motor-sports inspired prestige collection that has never ceased reinventing itself since its first appearance in 1963, and whose yearlong birthday celebrations have lit up capitals across Asia, North America and Europe.
